Eula’s Talents
Favonius Bladework - Edel
Favonius Bladework- Edel is Eula’s normal, charged, and plunging attack. She performs five consecutive attacks. Her charged attack will consume stamina and will perform a powerful slashing attack when released.
Icetide Vortex
Icetide Vortex is Eula’s Elemental skill. Activating her elemental skill will cause Eula to perform a slashing attack, dealing Cryo damage to surrounding enemies. If you successfully hit an enemy, you earn a Grimheart which increases your defense and prevents interruption. Holding her Elemental skill will use all of Eula’s Grimheart and she will perform a slashing attack, dealing AoE damage. This attack will also reduce the physical and cryo resistance of surrounding enemies. Any remaining Grimheart passive will deal Cryo damage to enemies.
Glacial Illumination
Glacial Illumination is Eula’s, Elemental Burst. She will perform a slashing attack that will deal Cryo damage on her enemies. Eula will gain a Light Sword, which gains an energy stack every time you hit an opponent with your attack or elemental skill. This Light Sword will stay for 7 seconds and at the end of its duration, Eula will perform huge Physical damage on surrounding enemies. Switching Eula out of the field will make the Light Sword explode immediately.
Roiling Rime
You can unlock Rolling Lime on Ascencion Phase 1. Whenever you use two stacks of Grimheart passive on the hold version of your Elemental skill, you gain a Light Sword which will explode immediately, dealing Physical damage around enemies.
Wellspring of War-Lust
Wellspring of War-Last is a passive that you can unlock on Ascension Phase 4. Whenever you cast Eula’s Elemental burst, the cooldown of your elemental skill will be reset and you get one stack of the Grimheart passive.
Aristocratic Introspection
Aristocratic Introspection is Eula’s utility skill. Eula gets a 10% chance of doubling the amount of Character Talent Materials you get while crafting at the crafting table.
Best Build for Eula
Eula works best as a Physical DPS because her kit centers around dealing burst physical damage around her enemies. When farming for Eula’s artifacts, you should focus on getting CRIT Rate, CRIT Damage, and ATK% Sands.

Song of Broken Pines
One of the best weapons for Eula is the Song of Broken Pines. This five-star weapon has a Physical Damage Bonus Substat, it also increases your ATK by 16%. Whenever your attacks hit the enemies, you will gain a passive called Sigil of Whispers. Getting four of these Sigils will grant all nearby party members an increased ATK by 20% and an increase in Normal ATK Speed by 12%.
Wolf’s Gravestone
Wolf’d Gravestone is another five-star weapon that can work extremely well with Eula. This weapon has a sub stat of ATK and gives the effect called Wolfish Tracker. Wolfish Tracker increases your ATK by 20%. Whenever you hit enemies below 30% HP, all your party members ATK by 40% for twelve seconds.
Serpent Spine
If you would like a more affordable weapon option for Eula, Serpent Spine is a great choice. This four-star claymore can be obtained by buying the Gnostic Hymn on the game’s battle pass. Serpent Spine has a CRIT Rate sub stat and has the effect called Wavesplitter. Whenever a character is on the field, they will deal an extra 6% damage but also take 3% more damage every four seconds.
Snow-tombed Star Silver
Snow-tombed Star Silver room is a four-star weapon that you can use for Eula in Genshin Impact. You can get this Claymore by opening the Mural Room in the Dragonspine region and activating all the eight Ancient Carvings found across the region. You can then forge the weapon in the Blacksmith using the following materials:

Snow-Tombed Star Silver has a Physical Damage Bonus sub stat and has the effect called Frost Burial. Frost Burial gives you a 60% chance to form an Icicle that damages surrounding enemies whenever you perform normal and charged attacks. The Icicle deals 80% AoE attack damage to opponents, and enemies affected by the Cryo element will receive 200% attack damage.
Eula’s Artifact Set
When it comes to artifact sets, focus on finding artifacts that have a Physical Damage bonus, CRIT Rate, and CRIT Damage Sub stat.
4 pcs. Pale Flame
One of the best artifact sets for Eula is the 4 pieces of Pale Flame. 2 pieces of Pale Flame will increase your Physical Damage by 25%. Getting a 4 piece Pale Flame Artifact set will increase your ATK by 9% whenever your Elemental Skill hits enemies. You can get this effect up to two times, and getting two stacks of this effect will increase the physical damage bonus included in the 2-piece set by 100%.
2 x Pale Flame and 2 x Bloodstained Chivalry
Another artifact set you can choose for Eula is 2 pieces of Pale Flame and 2 pieces of Bloodstained Chivalry. 2 pieces of Pale Flame will increase your Physical Damage by 25% and 2 pieces of Bloodstained Chivalry will increase your damage by 25% as well. Combining both of them will give you a total of 50% Physical damage increase.

Team Compositions
Double-Shield Team
Eula is a great Main DPS. However, it can be challenging to earn enough energy for both her Elemental skill and Elemental burst. She needs a consistent battery that can generate energy for her. Fischl is a great battery for Eula and adding Zhongli and Diona can give you extra buffs and shield to increase your survivability on the field. Diona will also act as your healer and give you the Shattering Ice Elemental resonance, increasing your CRIT rate against enemies.
Melt-Superconduct Team
This team is incredibly similar to the first team. However, you can replace Zhongli with Bennett to provide better healing and elemental reaction to your enemies. The addition of Bennett on your team will also increase your attack whenever you use his elemental burst. The addition of both Bennett and Diona will keep your Eula healthy while on the battlefield.
Maximum Damage
This team is specifically for maximizing Eula’s damage. Eula will act as your Main DPS and Lisa will act as your Enabler. You can use 4 pieces of Tenacity of Millelith on Lisa. Aside from Lisa, you can also add Xinyan and Bennett to the team to get the Pyro elemental resonance which increases your ATK by 25%. Xinyan can also give an additional shield to Eula so she can survive in the field more.
Summary
Eula is one of the best Main DPS in the game. She is currently the highest physical damage dealer because her skillset centers around dealing high physical burst damage on surrounding enemies. However, she can be extremely vulnerable and needs constant support and a shield to keep her alive on the battlefield. The best artifact for Eula is the Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry artifact set.
